Return Policy Upon Damage of item

Our team thoroughly inspects any product, for any damage or other issues before being dispatched to our inspiring customers. But we extremely apologize if you have received a damaged good. This means we will strive to improve our processes to ensure the quality and standards are met throughout the business. 

How to Request a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@taylah.co with the specified issue as below. 

  • Respond to us within 24 hours upon receival of the item.
  • Keep the email subject line as "Damage Issue - Order No.".
  • Attach 2-3 pictures of the damage, in addition also add package opening video.
  • Our team will inspect the claim and respond to you within 1-2 business days.
  • Once agreed, we will arrange the collection at free of cost.

 

2. Prepare Your Package: Repackage the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Return Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information for your new item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible exchanges.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund

Once the return goods are received and reviewed by our team, we will process the refund withing 1-2 business days, from the date we received the return goods.
