We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. Therefore, we request our customers to check the size chart before ordering. We offer exchanges exclusively for size changes and exchanges for different products or styles are not permitted.

  • Eligibility: Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Size Changes Only: Exchanges are only applicable for size changes. Any other product cannot be purchased as an exchange.

2. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@taylah.co with your order number and the size you need.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Repackage the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

  3. Shipping Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information for your new item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Note that there will be an additional 30 AED to collect and deliver the exchanged goods. 

  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
